Sharon Robertson, Okeechobee County Clerk of Court is proud to introduce "Attorney  Access" to our  Court  Case Maintenance System, Clericus, which allows attorneys  electronic  access to  court  records. The internet-based solution provides enhanced  case  access, which  includes  the ability to view actual court record images online. The objective of  this system is  to provide  attorneys with the same information available to  the Clerk of   Courts staff, creating  efficiencies  for both the Clerk's staff and the attorney  offices  accessing  the  records.

All attorney's requesting access to this system should download and complete the "CCIS  Attorney Website Agreement". Once the agreement has been completed, please fax the  agreement to the Clerk of Courts, Technology Division at 863.763.1244 for processing.
